Originally from Seal Beach, California, Nicky Pabst brings warmth, intelligence, and steady leadership to The Pabst Law Firm. With a strong background in business development and client relations, Nicky has been an integral part of the firm since 2017, helping shape both its day-to-day operations and its client-first culture.

Nicky is often described as the heart and soul behind the operation. As the firm’s forward-facing Director of Client Services, she is dedicated to making sure every client feels heard, supported, and cared for from the very first conversation. Her role requires a rare combination of compassion, organization, tenacity, and follow-through — qualities she brings to every client interaction and every aspect of the firm’s work.

Driven, thoughtful, and deeply committed, Nicky helps ensure that The Pabst Law Firm remains focused not only on strong legal work, but also on the people behind each case. She understands that clients often come to the firm during stressful or uncertain moments, and she takes pride in creating an experience that feels clear, personal, and reassuring.

Nicky is happily married to her husband, Frank R. Pabst, the attorney and founder of the firm. Together, they share their “first-born” kitten, Sir Ryan Redfur, and recently adopted little Dana White, who was abandoned in their neighborhood and quickly became part of the family.
